Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26/08/2026. This explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are.
1. Who I am
This website is operated by Titilayo | Strategic Advisory, Ajido Ltd, based in United Kingdom. For any privacy query, contact hello@titilayo.co.uk.
2. What personal data I collect
When you use the enquiry form on this site, I collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name (if provided)
- The type of business you operate
- Details of the decision or problem you describe in your message
I do not knowingly collect any special category data (such as health information about you personally) through this form. Please avoid including sensitive personal information about yourself or others in your enquiry message.
3. Why I collect it
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, assess whether a Strategic Review or advisory engagement is a good fit, and – if you proceed – to deliver that engagement. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you have initiated) and, where an engagement proceeds, performance of a contract.
4. How your data is stored
Enquiry form submissions are stored within this website’s WordPress database, hosted by Kinsta, and/or sent via email notification to my inbox. Form submissions are processed using the WPForms plugin. I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep this data secure.
5. Who your data is shared with
Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be accessible to service providers who support the operation of this website (such as Kinsta for hosting, and WPForms for form processing), solely for the purpose of running the site and this can be updated if that changes.
6. Cookies
This site may use essential cookies required for basic website functionality (such as WordPress’s own session cookies).
7. How long your data is kept
Enquiry data is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement proceeds, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping (e.g. 6 years, in line with standard UK business record-keeping practice). You can request earlier deletion at any time — see your rights below.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data, where applicable
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled
To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@titilayo.co.uk.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time, particularly as the website or its tools change (for example, if analytics or booking software is added). The version published here is the current one.
